Equipment Selection: The [Brand Name] high and low temperature test chamber is selected, featuring wide temperature range control capability, with a temperature range of -70℃ to +150℃, meeting the testing temperature requirements of most products. The chamber is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, which can accurately detect temperature changes within the chamber, ensuring temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃.
Structural Design: The experimental chamber adopts a double-layer insulation structure. The inner layer is made of high-quality stainless steel to prevent corrosion and facilitate cleaning; the outer layer is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating finish, making it both aesthetically pleasing and durable. High-efficiency insulation material is filled in between to effectively reduce heat loss and lower energy consumption. The chamber door features a double-sealed design to ensure stable internal temperature, and is equipped with a safety lock and pressure relief device to ensure operator safety.
Control System: Equipped with an intelligent microcomputer control system, it can realize multiple control modes, such as setpoint control and program control. Users can easily set parameters such as temperature and time through the control panel, and can also connect the device to a computer via USB or Ethernet interface to achieve remote monitoring and data transmission. The control system has a self-diagnostic function, which can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time, and promptly alarm and display fault information when a fault occurs, facilitating maintenance.
Cooling and Heating System: The cooling system uses an imported fully enclosed compressor, coupled with a high-efficiency condenser and evaporator, resulting in fast and stable cooling. The heating system uses a nickel-chromium alloy electric heater, which heats up rapidly, and its power can be automatically adjusted according to demand. An intelligent control system precisely regulates the cooling and heating system, achieving rapid heating and cooling as well as precise temperature control, with heating/cooling rates reaching 1℃/min - 5℃/min.
